1. Introduction
By accessing and utilizing ShipMore, you hereby acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
2. Software License
The ShipMore Software License provides non-transferable access to the boilerplate code. We reserve the right to terminate access if the Licensee is found to be in violation of the redistribution restrictions (Section 2 of the License Policy).
3. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of the Product, and in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
- By purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content.
- You acknowledge that once the download or repository access is granted, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Refunds are only issued if the product is technically defective and cannot be resolved by the support team.
4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is." Under Dutch law, we provide a legal warranty that the product functions as described at the time of sale. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with future third-party updates. Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the software.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the district where the owner resides.
