License Policy

1. Grant of License

Subject to payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Create unlimited projects for yourself or clients.
• Modify the code for the purpose of building end-products.

2. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the code to create a competing "boilerplate," "starter kit," or "template" for sale or free distribution.
• Sharing the private GitHub repository or source files with anyone who has not purchased a license.
• Sub-licensing the core boilerplate code as a standalone asset.

3. Intellectual Property

Fabijan Bajo retains all ownership of the original "boilerplate" code structure. You own the specific "End-Product" you build using it.
