1. Data Collection

We collect personal information (Email, Name, Payment details) exclusively to deliver the service and provide updates. This is based on the legal ground of Performance of a Contract.

2. Data Processors

We use third-party services to operate. By using ShipMore, you acknowledge the processing of data by:

• Stripe/LemonSqueezy: Payment processing.
• GitHub: Repository access.
• Resend/Postmark: Transactional emails.

3. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access & Rectification: You can request a copy of your data or corrections.
• Erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): You can request deletion of your account.

4. Data Retention

We retain your email and purchase history for as long as your license is active to provide updates and for Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst) compliance (usually 7 years).
