License Policy
The terms governing your use of the ShipMore codebase — license scope, permitted usage, restrictions, and intellectual property rights.
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ShipMore, operated by Fabijan Bajo (hello@shipmore.io), and you, the user (“Licensee”), regarding your use of the ShipMore codebase (the “Product”).
01 Grant of license
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ShipMore grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the ShipMore codebase for the following purposes:
- Create unlimited projects
- Build and operate applications, websites, or data products for personal or commercial use
02 Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
- Resell or redistribute the ShipMore codebase as a standalone product
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the codebase
- Use the codebase in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the codebase or any rights granted under this Agreement
03 Ownership & intellectual property
ShipMore retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the codebase. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights in the codebase itself.
04 Liability
Our liability to you for any costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the downloaded files — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. We are not liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the downloaded files.
